The evening focuses on a curated culinary walk. Experience the Ganga-Jamuni tehzeeb through its food, especially the Dum Pukht (slow oven) cooking style. Learn how edible perfumes (attars) are used in kebabs and biryanis to create the region’s sophisticated flavour profiles.

Day 3 | Lucknow → Kannauj — The Perfume Capital
Drive to Kannauj (approx. 2 hours). The landscape shifts from the urban capital to the alluvial plains of the Ganges, ideal for rose and vetiver cultivation.
Check into a simple, clean hotel or a private guest house arranged for industry visitors. The afternoon is dedicated to a walk through the Bara Bazaar, a labyrinth of glass vials and essential oils. Day 4 | Kannauj — Fire, Mud & Copper
