7 days tour to Georgia in September 2026
Experience winter in Georgia as it moves from Tbilisi’s soft light to the quiet valleys of Kakheti and the high roads of Gudauri.

Trip Overview
Description:
The Experience
Winter in Georgia unfolds slowly. Tbilisi’s tiled roofs and hillside churches sit in a soft, cool light, while the eastern valleys lie open and quiet, dotted with vineyards and small monasteries. In the highlands, the air turns sharper; the mountains draw close, and evenings settle around fires, wine, and easy conversation.
This journey moves through these shifts in tone — from the stillness of Bodbe and the winding streets of Sighnaghi to the open fields of Kakheti and the high roads towards Gudauri. It is a week shaped less by urgency than by gentle encounters: local wine poured in small cellars, a cooking lesson in a guesthouse kitchen, a drive through winter valleys. Georgia reveals itself gradually, through gesture and place.
Who This Trip Is For
This trip is for travellers who enjoy culture at an unhurried pace — people who prefer monasteries in winter sun to crowded museums, and who find pleasure in food prepared simply and shared generously.
It suits those comfortable with varied landscapes and shifting mountain weather, and who appreciate journeys that balance sociable moments with quiet stretches of road.
Travellers seeking high-adrenaline winter sports or a tightly packed schedule may find the rhythm too gentle; the appeal here lies in detail, light and atmosphere rather than spectacle.
